82-year-old killed, 2 injured in Yazoo County crash

YAZOO CO., Miss. (WLBT) - One person is dead, and two others are injured after a two-vehicle crash in Yazoo County.
The incident happened at 4:46 p.m. on U.S. 49 at Highway 16 on Friday.
A press release says Lacy Bowman, 34, of Yazoo, was traveling northbound in a 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe when the vehicle collided with a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Angie Crogier of Vaughan. The 82-year-old was traveling southbound at the intersection of U.S. 49 and Highway 16.
According to the press release, Crogier died on the scene. Bowman was transported to the Baptist Hospital in Yazoo City with unknown injuries. Meanwhile, the passenger of the Dodge Caravan, Elijah Crogier, 61, of Vaughan, was transported to UMMC with unknown injuries.
